As I approached Bitty & Beau’s Coffee Shop on West Congress Street last Tuesday, I thought I was seeing a mirage in their front window. A baby girl, dressed for Easter, was sitting on the counter, staring out into the street, looking like the quintessential Gerber baby. Itty-bitty and with a big white bow in her hair.
